Experience
My interests as a tutor vary widely. While I have a strong passion to teach, I prefer the one-on-one interaction that comes along with tutoring, as opposed to teaching a large classroom. I earned a bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from Robert Morris University. Afterward, I went to the well-renowned Johns Hopkins to work on my Master of Arts in Applied Economics. I can teach anyone about public policy, finances, and economy. My plan of action involves observing students to pinpoint the learning styles that best suit their needs. Then, I will use that knowledge to craft lesson plans to optimize comprehension. My life has been full of experiences that have molded me into an effective instructor. I can make coursework relevant to students by showing a correlation between the material and real-life situations. Naturally, it is easier to understand a concept if you can make sense of it where it pertains to what you know.I am also a big sports fanatic. I like to both play and watch many different types of games, like golf and tennis. Movies are a big deal too, and anything to do with the outdoors floats my boat. Even though I am largely into Economics, I also am skilled at writing and reading too. So, my capabilities as a tutor are really limitless.
